15 Sep Qualifying Merchandise Reminder
Customers may only lease Qualifying Merchandise from TEMPOE. Qualifying Merchandise is defined as a durable, consumer good like electronics, fitness equipment, furniture, jewelry (so long as not customizable), lawn and garden, mattresses, and tires. Non-durable goods that cannot be leased include but are not limited to, clothing, footwear, cleaning products, services (e.g. installation or repairs), Incidental services (delivery fees, service, warranty, costs, haul away fees) and non-durable consumer goods and consumables.
Examples of Qualifying Merchandise:
- Durable consumer goods
- Electronics
- Fitness equipment
- Furniture
- Jewelry (so long as not customizable)
- Lawn and garden
- Mattresses
- Tires
Examples of Non-Leasable Items:
- Clothing
- Footwear
- Cleaning products
- Services (e.g. installation or repairs)
