20 Jun TEMPOE Adds Quincy Sterling to Executive Leadership Team as VP of Operations
TEMPOE, LLC, a leading provider of no credit required shopping, announced that Quincy Sterling has joined the company as Vice President of Operations to drive its vision as a “best-in-class” customer experience.
Sterling, a results-driven leader, brings more than 20 years of executive management and operational experience for large, publicly traded Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations as well as start-up financial services. He is an enterprise change management expert, having established strong “success-based cultures” within the workplace.
As TEMPOE’s Vice President of Operations, Sterling serves as business owner of all TEMPOE operational functions, including the Operational P&L, Business Operations support, domestic and international customer service, and collections organizations.
Within his first few months, Sterling has transformed retail and customer support to a “Net Promoter Score” culture, engaging employees at every level to bring satisfied customers. He is taking a top-down approach to creating a customer-centric/service delivery culture.
