To say that a lot has changed over the past two weeks would certainly be a tremendous understatement. Amid all that change, business continues here at TEMPOE, FlexPay, and SmartPay. Our leadership’s early planning and preparation have allowed us to deploy all functions of our workforce remotely. We remain committed to providing the highest level of customer support and service possible.
It’s no secret that retail has taken catastrophic hits amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Now more than ever, retailers must ensure they are providing every possible avenue to enable people to get the things they need.
TEMPOE, FlexPay and SmartPay are open and ready to serve our retail partners and customers in these uncertain times. Whether it’s a retailer optimizing their sales channels for e-commerce or a consumer who needs the ability to get the things necessary to work remotely or for their home, TEMPOE, FlexPay and SmartPay are fully operational during these times and ready to help.
Many customer support and call centers are experiencing complete shutdowns. Our call centers remain open. We are experiencing extremely high call volumes and long wait times. We are encouraging customers who are making payments, paying past due balances, setting up purchase options, or updating personal information to do so utilizing our self-service portal, which is accessible from our website.
We have done everything we can to make sure we are servicing our customers, including retraining other department personnel across our organization to mobilize and provide customer support via phone and email.
